As the title says, this is my favorite cooking knife for all time and all purpose. The blade came from a Japanese forge. Design is a santoku, but I made a not the typical Japanese straight handle. I wanted a bit more comfort and made a carved handle out of osage, horn and bone. That thing is sharp like hell, a pleasure to use it in the kitchen.
