The stave was clean with only some pin knots, no problems. Recurves are steamed in, deflex heated in with heat gun. Some corrections for proper string alignment also done with heat gun. At the fades are ridges on the belly, otherwise more or less flat cross section.
Tip overlays are a combo of buffalo horn and bone. Handle is made from goat leather, the bright leather is stitched in extra wide (horizontally), the dark lacing is then woven in.
